Gurgaon-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer Okinawa Autotech has launched the 2023 Okinawa Okhi-90, an updated version of its long range electric scooter Okhi-90. 2023 Okinawa Okhi-90: How much is the price?
Okinawa Autotech has launched the new 2023 Okinawa Okhi-90 at a starting price of Rs 1.86 lakh (ex-showroom). The FAME-2 subsidy is not included in this price.
2023 Okinawa Okhi-90: Battery pack, motor and charging
In the 2023 Okinawa Okhi-90, the company has installed a removable lithium-ion battery pack with a capacity of 3.6 kWh. An electric motor with 3.8 kW power has been added to this battery. Regarding charging, the company claims that this battery pack gets fully charged in 5 to 6 hours with the home charger available with this scooter.
2023 Okinawa Okhi-90: Riding range and top speed
Regarding the riding range and speed, the company claims that once full charge, this scooter gives a range of 160 km. With this range, a top speed of 90 kilometers per hour is available. Two riding modes have been given with this electric scooter, in which the first mode is Eco and the second mode is Sport.
2023 Okinawa Okhi-90: Hardware and features
Talking about the suspension system of the Okinawa Okhi-90, it gets telescopic forks at the front and dual spring loaded shock absorbers at the rear. In the braking system, disc brakes have been installed in both its front and rear wheels.
Features found on the Okinawa Okhi 90 include a digital instrument cluster, LED lighting system, mobile charging USB port, 16-inch alloy wheels and a large boot space of 40-litres.
