2023 Porsche Cayenne, Cayenne Coupe launched in India, know full details of price, engine, features and specifications
The 2023 Porsche Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe facelifts have been introduced in the Indian market with several changes.
Porsche has launched the 2023 Cayenne and the Cayenne Coupe facelifts in India. The Cayenne has been priced at Rs 1.36 crore and its coupe sibling has been priced at Rs 1.42 crore (both ex-showroom). Both of them have been introduced with an increase of about Rs 10 lakh and Rs 7 lakh in comparison to their predecessor model.
Deliveries of the facelifted luxury SUV and coupe SUV are expected to begin next month. Ahead of its launch, the updated Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe were showcased in front of the Porsche dealership network at a private event a few days back. Both the 2023 Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe get minor styling changes both outside and inside the cabin.
The facelifted Cayenne lineup also gets a new set of engine options. However, for now only its base model will be launched in the Indian market. The prices of the top variant are expected to be announced sometime later.
2023 Porsche Cayenne, Cayenne Coupe: Will get updated styling
The latest editions of the Cayenne and the Cayenne Coupe get minor styling changes on the exterior. For starters, both the models get new Matrix LED headlights that share similarities with the Porsche Taycan. Furthermore, enhancing its road presence, a wide front grille has been fitted which is integrated with the front bumper with a large air dam with chrome slats.
At the rear, the SUV siblings get updated 3D LED taillights, a bigger roof spoiler and a reprofiled bumper. Other exterior site highlights include roof railing, a redesigned bonnet and a twin-tip exhaust at the rear.
2023 Porsche Cayenne, Cayenne Coupe: Fresh interiors
The interiors of the 2023 Cayenne range have also been revamped thanks to a redesigned dashboard layout that houses three screens – a 12.65-inch digital instrument cluster behind the steering wheel, a 12.3-inch central touchscreen infotainment screen and one for the front passenger. 10.9 inch screen is given. Porsche Cayenne customers have been offered an extended range of personalization options.
Other features include a 911-inspired steering wheel, a toggle-style gear selector, a drive mode selector, four USB Type-C ports (front and rear). A panoramic sunroof, an air quality system apart from many features have been given.
2023 Porsche Cayenne, Cayenne Coupe: Engine options
Powering the base variants of the 2023 Porsche Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe is a 3.0-litre V6 turbo-petrol engine that produces 348 bhp and 500 Nm of torque – which is 13 horsepower and 50 Nm more than its predecessor. This unit comes mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.
