After that the police filed three supplementary charge sheets in November 2022, February 2021 and March 2022. Additional Sessions Judge Amitabh Rawat found this method of the police exasperating. The Additional Sessions Judge said in his order that the Public Prosecutor and the Investigating Officer are unable to give any reply on the supplementary charge sheet and the status of the investigation. Therefore, now the Special Commissioner has been summoned. He himself will come and tell why the police filed supplementary chargesheets. The court has fixed June 9 for hearing the matter. All the accused were ordered to be sent to judicial custody.
