She told that Dr. Gauri Motha helped her a lot in getting her natural delivery. She has also written a book called Gentle Birth Method, in which she told how to deal with problems before childbirth. Dr Mannan Gupta, gynecologist and managing director, Allantis Healthcare, New Delhi, tells The Indian Express that the process involves being positive in mind and body.
