With the defeat of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Karnataka, the party has been rendered powerless in the South Indian states for the time being. The party had a government only in Karnataka and wanted to win this election and take advantage of it in the general elections, including elections in Telangana, but this result will force the BJP to make a big change in its strategy. Congress has given its voice at the door of power by winning a big victory in the elections.
