Bhojpuri actress Rani Chatterjee reacted after watching 72 Hooren trailer and said that such films are being made intentionally.
These days the film 72 Hooren based on Islam and terrorism remains in headlines. Many political parties are seen raising objections on the film. Some political parties have objected to the scenes of mental manipulation of terrorists shown in the film. The film ’72 Hooren’ is going to release in theaters across the country on 7th July.
The film is directed by National Film Award winning director Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan. Now well-known Bhojpuri actress Rani Chatterjee has given her opinion regarding this film and has said that such films are made to divide people on religious lines. He has also said that film makers and directors are using people’s emotions to earn money.

Rani Chatterjee’s real name is Sahiba Sheikh and she belongs to a Muslim family. Recently while talking to Aaj Tak said that a lot of wrong things have been shown in the film ‘Adipurush’. Whether a Hindu sees the film or a Muslim sees it, he will find it wrong. People of every community have seen Ramayana in India. Everyone used to watch it during the telecast on TV. If something bad is shown, then it is obvious that it will be bad.
With this, the actress further said that after Sudipto Sen’s ‘The Kerala Story’ started running, people have started taking advantage of it. Because people believe that hatred can be spread through politics or films. The general public has no interest in all this. What do the makers want to achieve by showing such things?

Rani further said that ‘the Quran has been wrongly shown in this film. Quran does not teach to kill anyone. If the makers or director of ’72 Hooreen’ had read Quran, they would not have used such dialogues. Where does the Quran say to kill people? can you show it to me? This is sending wrong message to the society. It is part of the agenda of spreading hatred. I am a Muslim. But would you call me and my family members terrorists? ‘The Kerala Story’ has revealed that girls are being forcibly converted to Islam. In South India, people are being converted to Christianity. But nobody wants to talk about it? You are making an anti-Muslim film. Looking at the current situation in the country, ’72 Hooren’ is expected to do well. But who will compensate for the hatred it will spread?
