Boycotting first House inauguration, now refusing to attend NITI Aayog meeting, Kejriwal ‘angry’ with Modi government
Arvind Kejriwal wrote in his letter that when the PM himself does not obey the order of the Supreme Court, then where will the people go for justice. PM let non BJP governments work.
The fight for rights is going on continuously in Delhi and now it is affecting other works as well. For this reason, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has refused to attend the Niti Aayog meeting. A letter has also been written on his behalf to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in which it has been bluntly stated on his behalf that what is the use of participating in any meeting in a country where even the orders of the Supreme Court are not followed.
Kejriwal angry with Modi government
Arvind Kejriwal wrote in his letter that when the PM himself does not obey the order of the Supreme Court, then where will the people go for justice. PM let non BJP governments work. Right now cooperative federalism has been made a joke, in that situation there is no point in going to the meeting of NITI Aayog. In the letter, the CM also spoke in detail on the ongoing controversy regarding the fight for rights.
What is the fight for rights?
CM said that if any officer is not working in Delhi at this time, can’t he be removed. How would this work. Why do you want to cripple the Delhi government, is this your vision for India? The CM has mentioned several times in his letter that the Modi government is not allowing him to work. Now for information, let us tell you that a few days ago, the Supreme Court had given an order in which it was clearly said that the right of posting and transfer of officers will remain with the Delhi government.
What is Kejriwal’s action plan?
But it was against that order that the central government brought an ordinance saying that a team of three people would be formed for transfer-posting. The CM was also included in this, but the final decision is taken by the LG. Because of this, once again a situation of dispute has been created and conflicts are being seen. For now CM Arvind Kejriwal is working to unite the entire opposition on this issue. In this episode, he has met Mamta Banerjee to Nitish Kumar.
