Karnataka election results are going to come tomorrow. Both the Congress and the BJP have their own claims regarding the elections, the talk of victory is being talked about continuously. In this episode, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh has said that the victory of the Congress in Karnataka elections is going to be the defeat of Modi. Jairam Ramesh also claimed that because of the five guarantees given by the Congress in the state, his victory was ensured long back.
Jairam Ramesh said that our victory was confirmed when we had given five guarantees to the people of Karnataka. Now the Congress which is going to win in the state, it will also be the defeat of PM Modi. Only PM Modi has campaigned on behalf of BJP in Karnataka. In such a situation, the defeat will also be considered theirs. Now for information, let us tell you that PM Modi has done 26 rallies in the Karnataka elections, apart from this many big roadshows have also been done. The bet that first linked Bajrang Dal with Bajrang Bali was also lost from his side.
For now the Congress is looking so upbeat because of the exit polls. In 10 exit polls, a hung assembly has been shown in five, but Congress has been told to be the largest party. Similarly, Congress has been given a clear majority in two exit polls. Now the real results are going to come tomorrow, but the Congress is already looking confident of its victory.
Jairam Ramesh has also explained in detail about the strategy of the Congress. He said that it was clear in our mind that this is the election of the state and not of the PM, so we adopted the mantra of local for vocal and focused only on local issues.
Coming to the Karnataka elections, the results of which are out tomorrow, the state has a majority on 113 of the 224 assembly seats. That is, all parties want to reach this figure. The exit polls are telling that there is a high possibility of a hung assembly, in that case the role of JDS may once again be big.
