The BJP has blamed the state government and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for the violence. BJP leader Shubhendu Adhikari (BJP Leader Suvendu Adhikari) said that the Governor did not have to appoint Rajiv Sinha for the post of Election Commissioner, that was the biggest mistake.

Speaking to news agency ANI, BJP leader Shubhendu Adhikari said that the governor should not give a speech. He has made a big mistake by appointing Rajeev Sinha. Nothing is going to happen by giving speeches. The governor tried and appealed a lot to save his life, but it didn’t make any difference.

Shubhendu Adhikari said that after all this, there is no need for the Governor to give a speech. He said that the Governor should write a letter to the Center and tell that Bengal is burning and the Center needs to intervene. The BJP leader clearly said that now either section 355 or 356 should be imposed in Bengal. The people of Bengal want action.

Shubhendu Adhikari said that now a befitting reply will be given and the public has started responding. Accusing the TMC workers, the BJP leader said that they have captured hundreds of booths and there is a need for repolling. Apart from this, BJP leader Shubhendu Adhikari alleged that about 20,000 booths have been captured.

Shubhendu Adhikari said that this is not an election, this is Jungle Raj. In 1942, freedom fighters had declared India independent on this land and today this land is disturbed due to Mamta Banerjee and her nephew in connivance with West Bengal Police. He said that the central government should take a decision, it is my demand. If there is no President’s rule then let Mamta Banerjee be the CM. We will remove them by fighting elections but section 355 should be implemented for the safety of the citizens.
