The bench directed the Maharashtra government that the police video recording of the rally should be made available to the court. Explain that the undertaking was given by Solicitor General of India Tushar Mehta before a bench of Justice KM Joseph and Justice JB Pardiwala, which was hearing a petition seeking a stay on the proposed meeting of the organization.
