Hero MotoCorp is all set to relaunch one of its most popular bikes Karizma with the name Hero Karizma XMR 210, the details of which were revealed a few months back. After this, the company had unveiled this bike among the dealers of Hero MotoCorp during a private event. Now the test model of this bike has been spotted during testing, due to which a lot of information has come to the fore. A leaked patent image online reveals the design of the upcoming Karizma XMR 210. The patent has leaked visual details of the bike which shows a completely new definition of the Karizma brand.
Hero Karizma XMR 210: New look
After the first spy shots and now the patent images have surfaced, it is known that it is being given a new look with some common styling elements. The sharp body line, for example, has been given to the muscular fuel tank which appears to have been largely inspired by the older model. Apart from this, the rear view mirrors are seen mounted on the fairing itself.
The light top angle of the patent reveals that the upcoming edition of Karizma will get a raised clip-on handlebar along with a round shaped digital instrument console. Other visual details include a high floating tail section, split style seats, split grab rails, spoke alloy wheels and a stubby exhaust muffler.
Hero Karizma XMR 210: Framing and architecture
The Hero motorcycle will be based on a trellis frame with box swing arm instead of the conventional Hero frame. This will make manufacturing of the bike more economical for the company. The frame utilizes a tubular architecture and appears to be a single-piece design, with no gap between the main frame and the rear sub-frame.
Interestingly, this new frame sits on conventional telescopic front forks, while the recently launched Xtreme 160R 4V, coming much lower down in the lineup, gets upside down forks. Talking about the braking system, petal disc brakes will be installed in both its wheels.

Talking about the features, the new Karizma XMR is expected to offer premium features like TFT instrument console, smartphone connectivity, slipper clutch and ride-by-wire functionality.
Hero Karizma XMR 210: Expected Engine Specifications
According to the reports, Hero MotoCorp is going to give a brand new 210 cc single cylinder engine in this Karizma XMR. This engine will generate power of 25 bhp and peak torque of 22 Nm. A 5 speed gearbox will be fitted with this engine.
Hero Karizma XMR 210: Launch and Price
No official information has been revealed by Hero MotoCorp regarding its launch yet, but according to reports, the company may launch it during the festive season of Diwali. Talking about the price, according to experts, it can be launched in the market with an initial price of Rs 1.5 to 1.6 lakh.
