  3. Seat belt: If you are leaving the house with a car for Holi celebrations, do not forget to put on the seat belt before starting the car. You will have to pay a challan of Rs 1,000 for driving without a seat belt.
  4. Without RC driving: Before leaving to play Holi, keep all the papers of your car safe in which RC is the most important document. If you are caught driving without RC, then you will have to pay a challan of up to Rs 10,000.
  5. Drunk and driving: Holi is a festival of colors, but to make it more colorful, some people consume alcohol and then drive. If you are caught driving drunk on Holi, you can be fined Rs 10,000 and jailed for up to 6 months.
  6. If you have been caught driving under the influence of alcohol once and have paid the fine, and are caught driving under the influence of alcohol for the second time, then you can be fined Rs 15,000 as well as jail for 2 years.
  7. Vehicle Insurance: Insurance is also an important document in the main documents of the vehicle and if the insurance of your vehicle has expired or you do not have the insurance paper, then in this case there can be a fine of Rs 5,000 and a jail term of up to three months.

If you are caught riding a bike without wearing a helmet on the roads, then you will have to pay a fine of Rs 1,000.
  10. Racing and Stunts: For driving on roads and not for racing vehicles and if caught racing or stunting in public places then your license can be canceled in this condition.
