Imran said that he could be given an injection of slow killing poison. Imran alleged that a conspiracy was being hatched to kill him.

Charges framed in Toshakhana case

In the case of Imran’s arrest, a hearing was held in the Islamabad High Court on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) asked for a 14-day remand of Imran Khan. The hearing of this case has been completed in the High Court. Imran Khan has suffered a major setback in the Toshakhana case. The court has framed charges against Imran Khan in this case. Imran Khan was to be presented in the court, instead of appearing, the court was held in the police line itself.

Army deployment in Pakistan’s Punjab-Khyber Pakhtoon

The army has been deployed in view of the growing ruckus in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of Pakistan. The Punjab Police has warned of strict action against the protesters. 945 people who created nuisance have been arrested. More than 130 policemen have been seriously injured during the police action. The protesters have set fire to more than 25 police vehicles. At the same time, 14 government buildings have also been damaged.
