Jonty Rhodes told that Prerak Mankad, who was fielding at long on, was hit on the head. The matter is of the 19th over of Hyderabad’s innings. Heinrich Klaasen and Abdul Samad were batting. Prerak Mankad said on being selected as the player of the match, “This match was very important for us. My score doesn’t matter to me, I just want to contribute for whatever team I play. I was trying to hit the spinners and was not able to connect. I knew Mayank would try to get me out and I have played against him in domestic cricket, so I took the opportunity. Thanks to the management for giving me this opportunity. I haven’t batted much at No.3 but have batted in the top four. I tried to play according to my ability and strength, it worked in the end. Whatever happens at the other end should not affect me and because of Stoinis and Pooran we won this match.
