This case is of Pahalgam. A tourist from Hyderabad had come here to visit. He took a taxi to visit here, but while leaving the taxi, he forgot his gold bag in the taxi. The price of this gold has been said to be Rs 10 lakh. He then approached the chairman of the taxi stand and told that he had left his bag in the taxi itself. The chairman of the stand informed the driver about this, who then, upon searching, found the bag full of gold in the taxi and returned it to the tourist.
The tourist informed the chairman of the Pahalgam taxi stand that he had forgotten to sleep in the taxi. He had taken this taxi on rent from the stand itself. The tourist had forgotten the bag full of gold in the taxi. Akash Farooq Wani, a taxi driver at the tourist resort, returned gold worth Rs 10 lakh to a tourist from Hyderabad, said the chairman of the Pahalgam taxi stand.
Tourist returned from Srinagar to take a bag full of gold
The chairman of the taxi stand told that the tourist had come back from Srinagar airport to collect his luggage. On reaching there, he remembered that he had forgotten the bag in the taxi itself. The tourist was also impressed by the honesty of the taxi driver and thanked the driver for returning his luggage.
