Rajasthan Kanhaiya Lal Murder: On Thursday, the investigating agency NIA filed a charge sheet in the murder case of Taylor Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur, Rajasthan. It contains the names of 11 people, including two Pakistani nationals. Significantly, Kanhaiya Lal was murdered by two people on 28 June 2022 at his tailor shop itself.

On the other hand, regarding the NIA charge sheet, Kanhaiya Lal’s son Yash Teli said that there was talk of running this case in a fast track but even after 6 months, the same could not happen. Actually Yash was asked that NIA has filed a charge sheet in the murder case, so what do you have to say on this?
Yash said, “This case was said to be fast-tracked within 3-4 months, but 6 months have passed.” Yash said that when the charge sheet will be filed in 6 months, then it will take more time to get the punishment. He said that it should not be done in this way, an example should be set by getting punished quickly.
On the other hand, on the names of two Pakistani nationals in the charge sheet, Yash Teli said, “In this case, a link has also emerged from Karachi in Pakistan. Those who were connected to those who carried out the murder. It was a terrorist incident and a conspiracy to harm the country.”
What’s in the NIA charge sheet:
In the charge sheet filed by the investigating agency in the Kanhaiya Lal murder case, 11 persons have been named. In this Udaipur resident Mohammad Riyaz Attari, Asif Hussain, Mohammad Gaus, Mohsin Khan, Mohammad Mohsin, Wasim Ali, Farhad Mohammad Sheikh, Mohammad Javed, Muslim Khan and two others who have been identified as Salman and Abu Ibrahim.

A spokesperson of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) informed that after the murder of Kanhaiya Lal, the attackers had uploaded the video on social media. After the video surfaced, an atmosphere of terror and panic had been created across the country.
