According to the reports, the cost of Karthik’s new house is 17.50 crores. This apartment is on the 2nd floor of Siddhi Vinayak Building, NS Road No. 7, Juhu Scheme. Although the value of this house is 7.49 crores, but Kartin bought it at a premium, for which he had to pay 17.50 crores. This actor’s house is spread over 1,593.61 square feet.
Karthik lived on lease in Shahid Kapoor’s bungalow
Let us tell you that in the beginning of the year 2023 itself, Karthik Aryan had taken Shahid Kapoor’s bungalow on Juhu Tara Road on lease. For this, he was paying Rs 7.5 lakh as rent. Shahid’s bungalow is located in the Praneta building. Where Shahid Kapoor also lived with his wife Meera Rajput Kapoor and children till a year ago.
He later shifted to a luxurious duplex in Worli. Currently, Karthik is currently living in this house, which is spread over 3,681 square feet. It has two parking lots. This property was bought by Shahid Kapoor in the year 2014 before marrying Meera.
