Paresh Rawal accused of inciting riots
In his complaint, Mohammad Salim has accused Paresh Rawal of giving a riot-inciting speech. He said Rawal was destroying the harmony between the Bengali community and other communities across the country.

The complaint given by Mohammad Salim said, “The imputations made in the speech regarding all Bengalis being foreigners or illegal immigrants would create hatred among other communities against Bengalis. In fact the comments made on social media regarding the said inflammatory post suggest that the video is creating a lot of adverse opinion against Bengalis. A large number of Bengalis live outside the state. I am apprehensive that many of them will be targeted because of the lewd comments made by Paresh Rawal.”
