Live News: Sharad Pawar’s visit to Nashik today, Fadnavis said – BJP does not break other parties

Party chief Sharad Pawar will reach Nashik today on a one-day visit amidst the crisis on the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) in Maharashtra. While giving information about this on Friday, Maharashtra NCP chief’s spokesperson Mahesh Taapsee had said that NCP President Sharad Pawar would go to Nashik on a one-day visit on July 8. There will be a historic meeting tomorrow at 4 pm at Yeola, Nashik. On the other hand, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said on Friday that the Bharatiya Janata Party does not break other parties, but does not stop those who believe in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and want to come together.

Voting for the West Bengal Panchayat elections began today. Voting will be held on a total of 63,229 gram panchayat seats. Elections are being held for 9,730 Panchayat Samiti seats and 928 Zilla Parishad seats. Unidentified miscreants vandalized Booth 6/130, Barvita Primary School in Seetai, Cooch Behar. Meanwhile, residents of Nandigram Block 1 in East Medinipur district boycotted the election. West Bengal Governor CV Anand Bose visited polling booths and interacted with voters and candidates.
