Madhya Pradesh: Hindu boy roaming with Muslim girl beaten up in Indore, CM Shivraj orders strict action
Madhya Pradesh: Indore’s Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Rajesh Raghuvanshi said, ‘A Hindu boy and a Muslim girl were having dinner in a hotel on Thursday night. While leaving the hotel, some Muslim people followed and stopped them.
Madhya Pradesh: A Hindu boy walking with a Muslim girl was beaten up in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore city. While the girl was allegedly manhandled by the mob. The accused attacked the people who came to intervene with a knife. Police have arrested two people involved in the knife attack. This video is becoming very viral on social media.
A police officer informed about the incident on Friday. A woman and a man belonging to different religions were allegedly manhandled and manhandled when they came out of a hotel in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore, a police official said. Two people who came to save the young woman were attacked with a knife. Two people from the huge crowd of around 20 people have been arrested.

Indore’s Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Rajesh Raghuvanshi said, ‘A Hindu boy and a Muslim girl were having dinner at a hotel on Thursday night. While leaving the hotel, some Muslim people chased them and stopped them and these people objected to the girl walking with a Hindu boy and asked why she was walking with a Hindu boy. These people also thrashed the boy.
The Additional DCP said that the woman told him that she had gone for dinner with the Hindu youth after informing her parents. The way the present crowd behaved. The girl objected to that too. The police officer said that when two youths tried to save them, they were attacked with knives from the mob.
This entire matter pertains to Tukoganj police station of the city. Here late in the evening, a Muslim girl was leaving a hotel after having dinner with her Hindu friend, when both of them were surrounded by some Muslim boys. He told the girl to wear a burqa and stay at home. These boys also gave many types of advice to the girl regarding Islam. When the Hindu boy opposed them, these youths beat him up.
CM Shivraj ordered strict action
Tukoganj police station in-charge Kamlesh Sharma said that a case has been registered under section 307 (attempt to murder) of the Indian Penal Code. So far seven accused have been identified in this case. Sharma said that two accused aged 23-26 years have been arrested. Police is conducting raids to arrest other accused. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has given instructions to take strict action in this whole matter.
