The group has claimed that a meeting of the National Executive was held in Mumbai on June 30. In which a resolution was passed regarding this matter. This meeting was called by Praful Patel. In which it was decided to remove Sharad Pawar from the post of NCP chief and elect Ajit Pawar. The Ajit faction also claimed that 31 MLAs were present in the meeting. Also there were four MLCs. Sharad Pawar faction leader Anil Deshmukh said that the 83-year-old lion is still alive. He is still fighting like a lion.

Earlier, on the fourth day of rebellion in NCP, a meeting of Sharad Pawar faction and Ajit Pawar faction was held on Wednesday. During this, Ajit Pawar demanded Sharad Pawar to hand over the command of the party citing his growing age. Ajit Pawar wrote a letter to the Election Commission asking for the name and symbol of the NCP. Ajit Pawar sent a letter to the Election Commission staking his claim on the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and its election symbol clock. At the same time, NCP President Sharad Pawar said that the party’s election symbol is with us, it will not go anywhere, the people and party workers who brought us to power are with us. We will not let anyone take the symbol of the party.

Addressing his supporters, Ajit Pawar advised Sharad Pawar not to move forward in politics. Ajit said that you are 83 years old. Will you ever stop or not? We can run the government. We have the power, then why don’t you give us a chance? He said that I also want to become the Chief Minister of the state. To do good to the state, it is necessary to have the post of head of the state. Only then I will be able to think about the welfare of Maharashtra.

At YB Chavan Centre, Sharad Pawar said that the MLAs who decided to walk away did not take us into confidence. Ajit Pawar faction has not followed any procedure. He said that what happened with Shiv Sena, happened with NCP. If Ajit Pawar had something in mind, he should have talked to me. If there is no agreement, a solution should be found through dialogue. Sharad Pawar said that he was sorry to hear about Ajit. It is our job to correct the mistake. If you have made a mistake, be ready to face the punishment.

30 MLAs and four MLCs reached the meeting of Ajit Pawar faction. In this meeting Chhagan Bhujbal, Hasan Mushrif, Narhari Jhirwal, Dilip Mohite, Anil Patil, Manik Rao, Dilip Walse Patil, Aditi Tatkare, Dhananjay Munde, Dharmarao Atram, Anna Bansod, Nilesh Lanke, Indranil Naik, Sunil Shelke, Dattatraya Bharne, Sanjay Bansod, Sangram Jagtap were involved.

At the same time, 13 MLAs and four MPs have reached the meeting of Sharad Pawar faction. These include Kiran Lahmate, Ashok Pawar, Rohit Pawar, Rajendra Shingne, Anil Deshmukh, Jitendra Awhad, Sandeep Kshirsagar, Jayant Patil, Balasaheb Patil, Sunil Bhusara, Rajesh Tope, Chetan Tope and his son Rohit Patil in place of MLA Suman Patil.

NCP (Sharad Pawar faction) leader Mehboob Sheikh said why there was a need to make the MLAs stay at one place? Every worker who believes in Sharad Pawar has come here on his own today. He (Ajit Pawar) had said that he has more than 40 MLAs. My appeal (to Ajit Pawar) is that he should show us the photographs of his MLAs. If they have MLAs where are they? We have a total of 53 MLAs. Those who cheated Pawar Saheb will be taught a lesson.

NCP (Sharad faction) MLA Rohit Pawar said that when we entered politics in 2019 and contested the assembly elections, Pawar Sahab was 82 years old. Most of us were elected because of him. I don’t think age matters much. When Sharad Pawar goes among the people, it will be known with whom the people are with.

Congress MP Deepender Hooda said that the situation in Maharashtra is unfortunate. BJP is taking such action by using the system in this way, but the opposite is happening in Haryana. In the last one year, 29 former MLAs have left the BJP and joined the Congress.
