McLaren Automotive has introduced the McLaren Artura, its first series-production high-performance hybrid supercar in the Indian market. The all-new McLaren Artura has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 5.10 crore and the booking process for the supercar has also started with the launch. The company will sell this car through exclusive Mumbai dealership.
McLaren Artura: engine and gearbox
Powering the McLaren Artura is a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine mated to a 7.4 kWh lithium-ion battery pack and an electric motor. This powertrain generates 671 Bhp of max power and 720 Nm of peak torque. An 8-speed automatic transmission has been fitted with this engine.

Regarding the speed of McLaren Artura, the company claims that this supercar can achieve a speed of 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 3 seconds. The top speed of this car is 330 kilometers per hour.
McLaren Artura: Design and Features
The forward design of the all-new McLaren Artura looks similar to other models from the British carmaker. It is the first product to be based on the company’s new McLaren Carbon Fiber Lightweight Architecture (MCLA), which features a superformed aluminum body. Talking about the features found on the interior, it has been given a digital instrument cluster with connectivity of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, with which an article-mounted 8.0-inch touchscreen is available.

The all-new McLaren Artura has been launched in India at Rs 5.10 crore, ex-showroom (excluding taxes and modification options). Being a McLaren product, there are a number of modifications available for both the exterior and interior bits. McLaren Artura will compete with luxury superfast cars like Maserati MC20 and Ferrari 296 GTB already present in this segment.
