Modi government itself will get Rahul Gandhi’s new passport made, Subramaniam Swamy told the reason behind this
Subramaniam Swamy says that if Rahul Gandhi goes abroad, he will definitely say something that is against the country. Whatever he says will be in favor of BJP. But if there is no passport then how will Rahul go abroad.
The issue of issuing a new passport to Rahul Gandhi is currently pending in a Delhi court. Due to the objection of former BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy, the court has to hear. But Swamy says that the Modi government will itself make a new passport for Rahul Gandhi. Some people may laugh and some may get angry after listening to the reason given by the former BJP MP.
If Rahul goes abroad, he will definitely say something that will be anti-national.

Subramanian Swamy says that it is for this reason that the Modi government will take lightning interest in issuing a new passport to Rahul Gandhi. Swamy, however, says that his objection to Rahul’s passport is completely legal. They have nothing to do with the politics of BJP which they do with Rahul.
Passport issued as MP returned, now petition in Delhi court
Rahul Gandhi was disqualified as an MP by a Surat court in Gujarat after he was convicted in a defamation case. Rahul had returned his special documents. He has moved the Delhi court to get a normal passport.
On Rahul Gandhi’s plea, the court asked Subramanian Swamy to file his reply by May 26 as he is an accused in the National Herald case in which Swamy is the complainant. ACMM Vaibhav Mehta said that the right to travel is a fundamental right. The court did not impose any restrictions on Gandhi’s travel. ACMM Mehta said that while granting bail to Gandhi in December 2015, the court had not imposed any restrictions on his travel. The magistrate noted that the court had then rejected Swamy’s request to ban Gandhi’s visit.
Swamy has made sharp allegations against Rahul Sonia in the National Herald case
The National Herald case is against Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi. He has been charged with cheating, conspiracy and criminal breach of trust. A court had granted him bail in 2015, saying the accused were eminent persons and there was no apprehension that they would abscond.
