Nissan India has launched a special edition of its sub-compact SUV Magnite, Nissan Magnite Geza in the domestic market of India. The new Nissan Magnite Giza Special Edition has been launched in India with prices starting from Rs 7.39 lakh (ex-showroom). According to the company, the Giza trim is inspired by Japanese theater and its expressive musical themes. Know here what is new and special in the new edition of this SUV.

Nissan Magnite Geza edition: What’s new?

The Nissan Magnite Giza Edition gets some extra features over the standard variant. These include a 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto, JBL speakers, ambient lighting system with app-based controls, a rear camera, beige upholstery (optional) and shark-fin antenna. In addition to this, the Magnite now gets ESP, traction control, hill start assist and TPMS as standard across all variants. The company has introduced the Giza Edition of Nissan Magnite with the color option of five colors.

Nissan Magnite Geza edition: Engine and gearbox

The engine found on the Nissan Magnite Giza Edition is a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 71 bhp of maximum power and 96 Nm of peak torque. Only a 5-speed manual gearbox is mated to this engine. Apart from this, the top variant of Magnite also gets 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine with 5-speed MT and CVT.

Nissan Magnite Geza edition: Price and rivals

Nissan Magnite Giza Edition has been launched in India with an ex-showroom price of Rs 7.39 lakh. It can be booked on the company’s website or by visiting the nearest dealership, for which the customer will have to deposit a token amount of Rs 11,000. The standard variant of the Magnite is currently priced between Rs 5.99 lakh to Rs 11.02 lakh.
