Warrant Against Rajkumar Santoshi: A Delhi court has issued a non-bailable warrant against well-known Bollywood director Rajkumar Santoshi. The court has also made sharp remarks and said that Rajkumar Santoshi was given several chances to appear in the court, but sometimes he made an excuse of blood pressure (BP) and sometimes of corona virus (COVID 19).

Why was non-bailable warrant issued against Rajkumar Santoshi? A person named Prashant Malik has filed a case against Rajkumar Santoshi. Prashant is also a film producer by profession. He alleges that he had given a loan of about Rs 70-75 lakh to Rajkumar Santoshi. Santoshi did not return that money. According to Prashant, whenever he asked Santoshi for his money, he kept evading.

According to Prashant Malik, he met Rajkumar Santoshi in the year 2018, when Santoshi was working on a film. Prashant claims that he had given a loan to Rajkumar Santoshi for this film, which has now increased to more than one crore with interest. Prashant contacted Santoshi several times to get his money back but she did not respond, so had to approach the court.

Complainant Prashant says that Rajkumar Santoshi is working on new films, making films but not taking the name of returning his money. The court had earlier also asked Rajkumar Santoshi to appear, but he kept giving different arguments through the lawyer.

There was an allegation of fraud earlier also

Let us tell you that even a few months ago, Rajkumar was accused of fraud of Rs 22.5 lakh. A person named Anil Jethani had alleged that Santoshi had taken money from him in the name of business. After which Rajkumar gave them cheques, but all the three checks bounced. After which a legal notice was sent to Rajkumar. On being found guilty, the prince was sentenced to 1 year. The court said that if Santoshi did not pay the money in two months, he would have to stay in jail for a year.
