One of the most beautiful things in the world is… Catholic priest Pope Francis said this big thing in the documentary
Pope Francis said that priests should be compassionate towards women who have had abortions.
Pope Francis has given a big statement regarding sex. Pope Francis has praised the virtues of sex in a documentary released on Wednesday. He has described sex as ‘one of the beautiful things given to man by God’. Pope Francis, 86, made the remarks in the Disney production documentary “The Pope Answers”. This documentary is made on 10 people (under the age of 20) that Pope Francis met.
Pope was asked questions on these issues
Pope Francis was asked questions on a variety of topics including LGBT rights, abortion, the porn industry, sex, and faith and sexual abuse within the Catholic Church. In the documentary, he said, “Sex is one of the beautiful things that God has given to human beings.” Referring to masturbation, Pope Francis said, “Expressing yourself sexually is an enrichment. So anything that detracts from genuine sexual expression diminishes you and diminishes this richness.”
Pope Francis was also asked if he knew what a “non-binary person” was and answered in the affirmative. He reiterated that LGBT people should be welcomed by the Catholic Church. He said, “All men are children of God. God does not reject anyone, God is a father. I have no right to expel anyone from the church.”
Pope should be kind to women who have abortions
On abortion, Pope Francis said that priests should be compassionate towards women who seek abortions. However, he said that this practice is unacceptable. He said, “It is good to call a spade a spade. It is one thing to support a person who has had one (abortion) and another to justify the act.”
The Pope’s comments were published by L’Osservatore Romano, the Vatican’s official newspaper. The newspaper described his interactions with the youth as open and honest.
