‘Neeyat’ (Neeyat Movie Review)
We start it with Vidya Balan’s film ‘Neet’. The film, directed by Anu Menon, has been released in theaters on July 7. This is a crime thriller film. In this, the actress is in the role of a CBI officer. He has returned to the screen after almost four years and has debuted on Amazon Prime Video. He was last seen in the film ‘Mission Mangal’ in 2019. Other actors including Ram Kapoor have done excellent acting in the film but its story seems to be heard. Due to lack of direction, there is no thrill in its story. Its screenplay is quite dull, which proves to be weak in keeping the film engaged. Getting 1.5 out of 5 stars from film critics.
‘Blind’ (Blind Movie Review)
Sonam Kapoor’s ‘Blind’ has been released from Jio Cinema. It is directed by Shome Makhija. It is a thriller film and the biggest challenge with thriller films is to maintain the suspense throughout the film. This is the English part of the Korean film ‘Blind’ released in the year 2011. Sonam has played the role of a police officer. It depicts the story of Scotland. The story is being told very weak. Its screenplay is also quite scattered. It is definitely a crime thriller but the thrill is missing from it. The film is nothing special. It is being given 1.5-2 out of 5 stars.
