In Atal ji’s gallery, we can see a glimpse of his valuable contribution to the country.

Five special things of PM Museum, know

  1. The life and contributions of all the 14 Indian Prime Ministers so far have been displayed in the museum, built in the Teen Murti Estate of Delhi. The museum, to be built at a cost of Rs 271 crore, was approved in 2018. The logo of the museum is of the people of India holding the Dharma Chakra symbolizing the nation and democracy in their hands.
  2. The new museum has been built on 10,000 square meters of land adjacent to the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library in the Teen Murti building. The design of the museum building is inspired by the story of Rising India, shaped and molded by the hands of its leaders. Sustainable and energy conservation practices have been incorporated in the design.
  3. Information for the museum was collected through resources and repositories of institutions such as Prasar Bharati, Doordarshan, Films Division, Parliament TV, Ministry of Defence, media houses (Indian and foreign), and foreign news agencies.
  4. You will also be able to learn about how the constitution was made and the interesting debates that took place in the Constituent Assembly in the PM Museum. Here you will be able to see the original copy of the Constitution of India.
  5. The ticket price for PM Museum is Rs.90. Which you can book online (www.pmsangrahalaya.gov.in) or by visiting the museum. Ticket booking stops after 4:30 in the evening. Here the last entry is also till 4.30 pm. Museum closing time is 6 pm.
