RJD leaders will no longer speak on grand alliance and leadership, party’s instructions – only Tejashwi will give statement

Bihar Politics: Recently, many RJD leaders had given statements regarding the post of Bihar CM.

Bihar Politics: After the formation of the Grand Alliance government under the leadership of Nitish Kumar in Bihar, political upheaval and rhetoric continues. Amidst all this, RJD has issued a letter. In which apart from Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav, all RJD leaders have been banned from speaking on questions related to the leadership of the Grand Alliance and the state government.

RJD state president Jagdanand Singh issued a letter on Saturday (October 1, 2022). According to the letter, all MPs, MLAs, office bearers and leaders are requested to refrain from making any comments on questions related to coalition, government and leadership. He said that strict instructions have already been issued in the RJD Legislature Party meeting that only Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav can make an official statement on the Grand Alliance leadership and decisions related to it.

In fact, in the past, many RJD leaders had given statements regarding the post of Chief Minister. This created a situation of controversy within the Grand Alliance. After JDU’s protest, RJD took it seriously and Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav himself came to the rescue. He put an end to all controversies by stating himself out of the race of Chief Minister.

Tejashwi Yadav had then said that Nitish Kumar is the leader of the Grand Alliance and the Chief Minister before the leaders who gave the statement to make him the Chief Minister. Seven parties in Bihar have together elected Nitish Kumar as their leader. In such a situation, there should be no talk of making him the Chief Minister. In such a situation, no party leader should make rhetoric in this regard.

After the statement given by the state president in this regard in Delhi, many more leaders gave statements. Jagdanand had said that the country is waiting for Nitish Kumar and Bihar for Tejashwi Yadav. After 2022, Nitish Kumar will fight the country’s battle in 2023 and hand over the future of Bihar to Tejashwi. After this statement, senior MLA Bhai Virendra had said that Tejashwi Yadav is sure to become the Chief Minister.
