A video of the Municipal Commissioner of Bareilly is going viral on social media in which she is reprimanding the officers and employees after seeing the filth. After this, she herself starts cleaning the drain with a shovel. Seeing this, there was chaos among the officers present there.
Municipal Commissioner IAS Nidhi Gupta was receiving complaints regarding the filth in Suresh Sharma Nagar of the city. Recently she herself went out to take stock, she saw a dirty drain, which was full of garbage. Seeing this, the Municipal Commissioner got angry and reprimanded the employees and said that they should not think that the Municipal Commissioner cannot use a spade.
The city commissioner took the shovel from the hands of the employees and started removing the dirt accumulated in the drain. Along with this, he has also reprimanded the people responsible, whose video is going viral on social media.
After the incessant rains in the last few days, the cleaning of the drains was exposed. Due to the filth in the drains, the rain water could not drain out and water had entered people’s homes. Due to which there was anger among the people. The city commissioner was continuously receiving complaints about this. After receiving the complaints, Municipal Commissioner Nidhi Gupta herself decided to visit the spot and take stock.
When the Municipal Commissioner reached, there were already some officers and cleaning staff. Seeing the filth, she got angry and took a shovel from the employee’s hand and started cleaning the drain herself. The people present there made a video of it and shared it on social media which is now going viral.
