The Supreme Court Justice said that he was the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court for almost 2.5 years. During that time he understood the whole of South India.

Supreme Court Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul is known for his unique style. In a program on Sunday, he also described the culture of India in a different way. He told that when he was sent to Madras High Court in 2014, he was upset but later he realized that India is here too.

Justice Kaul was at a program of the Tamil Nadu Senior Advocate Forum. In a program organized with the intention of raising funds for cancer awareness, Justice Kaul told in detail that when he was sent to the Madras High Court, he felt that it was a punishment posting. Initially he was worried. But as time passed they all got associated with South India. They came to know that South India is indeed unique. The people here have an unmatched spirit of helping each other. He also told his experience about the bar. He said that the lawyers of the Madras High Court are the best.

Justice Kaul told that in 2.5 years Chennai got absorbed in his heart

The Supreme Court Justice told that he was the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court for almost 2.5 years. During that time he understood the whole of South India. The culture of South left a deep impression on his mind. So much so that gradually Chennai became his home. After returning from the Madras High Court, he returned to the Supreme Court, but no one else can take the place Chennai holds in his heart. He still considers it his home.

Justice Kaul also explained how the Tamil Nadu Senior Advocate Forum came into existence. It was he who told the senior lawyers to create a forum and try to do something good for the society.

During this, many judges and lawyers of Madras High Court also kept their views. Tamil Nadu Senior Advocates Forum presented a check of 1.85 crores to the Cancer Institute. This amount was raised from the charity event.
