CBI witness KP Gosavi has revealed that Sameer Wankhede had demanded a bribe of 25 crores from Aryan Khan’s father Shahrukh Khan for not implicating Aryan Khan in the cruise drugs case, and later Gosavi himself sealed the deal for 18 crores. Gosavi had taken Rs 50 lakh as commission.
The CBI has filed an FIR against Sameer Wankhade, in which it has come to light that at the behest of the NCB chief, Gosavi had demanded Rs 25 crore to remove Aryan Khan’s name from the drugs case and in return had assured that he would arrest Aryan Khan. Will remove it.
According to the FIR, Sameer Wankhede had given complete freedom to Gosavi that he could deal with the money in any way. Later the deal was finalized for 18 crores and Rs 50 lakh was also received by Gosavi.
Sameer Wankhede has also been accused of having disproportionate assets in this FIR. Also in the investigation, it has been found that Sameer Wankhede had given wrong information about his foreign trip, he had also not told about his luxury watches and branded clothes properly.
The CBI has accused a total of four people associated with the NCB, which include VV Singh, KP Gosavi, Ashish Ranjan and D’Souza, apart from Sameer Wankhede. Remind you that KP Gosavi is the one who took selfie with Aryan Khan when Aryan was in NCB custody.
It is also written in the FIR that Sameer Wankhede had given permission to KP Gosavi and his associate D’Souza to extort Rs 25 crore from Aryan Khan’s family by any means, later the deal was finalized for Rs 18 crore. .
The CBI raided Sameer Wankhede’s house on May 12.
Aryan Khan drugs case
On October 2, Sameer Wankhede raided the Cordelia cruise going from Mumbai to Goa where he had received news of a rave party. Many people including Aryan Khan, son of Shahrukh Khan were arrested in this raid. Aryan Khan was in police custody for 26 days and also had to spend time in Arthur Road Jail. Aryan Khan was released from jail on 28 October, and Arbaaz Merchant also testified that Aryan had no drugs.
Sameer Wankhede’s name was also in discussion during the Sushant Singh Rajput case before Aryan Khan.
