During the ongoing hearing in the Supreme Court regarding the Delhi Ordinance, Senior Advocate Harish Salve got angry. Actually he was angry that the way Arvind Kejriwal and VK Saxena are bickering with each other on social media is not right in any way.
In the court of CJI DY Chandrachud, in a way threatening the LG and the CM, he said that he is thinking of filing a PIL. He said that he would appeal to the Supreme Court to pass an order on the tussle between the CM and the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. He said that both should work under the law to solve any problem. Make any necessary changes to the rules. But the way the two start fighting on Twitter and Facebook, a wrong message is being sent. He is seriously thinking about it.

The special thing is that CJI DY Chandrachud himself was seen to be tough in the matter of appointment of the chairman of Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission. He said that if LG and CM sit together and discuss, a meaningful solution can be found.
The CJI also ordered both of them to keep any one name in front of him for this post. In the Delhi Ordinance case too, there was a heated atmosphere in the CJI’s court. The CJI was upset with the Centre’s decision. He even said that the Center has tried to change the Constitution against the Supreme Court’s decision. Is this step correct?
