Tata Motors Upcoming EV: Tata Motors may introduce Electric Punch at 2023 Auto Expo, read report
In Auto Expo 2023, the focus of automakers will be on electric vehicles, in which Tata Motors can also introduce its Tata Punch EV.
Electric Car Segment Tata Motors has the largest number of electric cars in India which include Tata Nexon EV, Tata Tiago EV and Tata Tigor EV. According to reports, the company is about to launch its two new electric cars to make this number five. The two cars that the company can launch electric versions of are Tata Punch and Tata Altroz.
According to reports, Tata Motors may introduce the Tata Punch EV and the Tata Altroz EV at the 2023 Auto Expo. Tata Motors has displayed the pre-production model of Altroz at the Auto Expo held in 2020.
Tata Punch EV may be introduced at 2023 Auto Expo
In May, Tata Motors can mainly unveil the Tata Punch EV as well as make a big announcement regarding its launch date, driving range and price.
According to the reports, the company can launch Tata Punch EV in the market with two battery pack variants, in which the first battery pack can get 300 km range and the second battery pack can get 400 km range. Talking about technology, the Tata Punch electric variant will be built on the ALFA platform. Apart from technology, there will not be much change in Tata Punch EV.

Talking about the features available in Tata Punch EV, apart from its existing features, the company can also add some new hi-tech features. Talking about the current features, it gets 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, semi-digital instrument panel, auto air conditioner, automatic headlight, car connected technology, cruise control, dual airbags for front seats with EBD. Features like anti-lock braking system, rear defogger, rear parking sensors, rear view camera and ISO fix anchors are included.
Tata Punch EV will compete with them
Talking about Tata Punch EV Rivals, after coming into the market, it is sure to compete with the soon to be launched Mahindra XUV400 EV and the Citroën eC3.
