Telangana: ‘New paths have to be made for new goals’, PM Modi laid foundation stone of several development projects in Warangal

Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Warangal in Telangana on Saturday morning. The Prime Minister inaugurated various development works in Warangal. During this, Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari was also present with him. Earlier, PM Modi tweeted that he is going to Warangal to participate in a program where we will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of development projects worth more than Rs 6,100 crore. These projects include projects in various sectors ranging from highways to railways, which will benefit the people of Telangana.

The PM said that today when India has become the fifth largest economic power in the world, the people of Telangana have a big role to play in that too. In such a situation, when the whole world is coming to invest in India, then Telangana has opportunities in front of it. There is so much enthusiasm about a developed India.

Work for infrastructure has been done several times faster than before – PM Narendra Modi

In Warangal, the Prime Minister said that new paths also have to be made for new goals. India’s rapid development was not possible on the old infrastructure, so our government is working at a higher speed and scale than ever before. The PM said that today work for all types of infrastructure is being done many times faster than before. Today, highways, expressways, economic corridors, industrial corridors are on fire all over the country.

A golden period has come to us – PM Modi

Addressing a public meeting in Warangal, Prime Minister Modi said that today’s India is a new India. Full of lots of energy. A golden period has come to us in this third decade of the 21st century. We have to make full use of every moment of this opportunity. No corner of the country should be left behind in the possibility of rapid development. PM Modi said that in order to accelerate these possibilities, in the last 9 years, the Government of India has paid special attention to the development and connectivity of Telangana. In this series, today the foundation stone of schemes worth 6 thousand crore rupees related to connectivity and production of Telangana has been laid.

Two lakh crore investment in Telangana before the end of 2024 – Nitin Gadkari

Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari, who reached Warangal, said that the specialty of these 9 years under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been that he has given more priority to the development of infrastructure. I am very happy that so far in Telangana, out of the schemes worth Rs 1 lakh 10 thousand crore, some have been completed, some are ongoing and some have started. He said that I am sure that before the end of 2024, we will invest Rs 2 lakh crore in Telangana. We will make the road infrastructure of Telangana very good quality.
