Nitin Gadkari said that the difference between two particular classes in our society is very high. Due to which social inequality has increased, so economic inequality has also increased.

Talking on the issue of unemployment, hunger and inflation in the country, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said that we want to make mother land happy, prosperous and powerful. He said that the country has become rich but the people are poor, so for the development of the country, one has to think seriously about which way to go.

Speaking at a program, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said, “Our country is rich but the people are poor, even today the people of India are suffering from hunger, poverty, inflation, unemployment. India is the fifth largest economy in the world. Despite this, the population of the country is facing hunger, poverty, inflation, unemployment, casteism and untouchability, which is not good for the progress of the country.

Gadkari further said that there is a deep gap between the poor and the rich in the country, which needs to be bridged and social and economic equality should be created among the society. The widening gap between these two sections of the society leads to economic inequalities and social inequalities.

He said, “The difference between two particular classes in our society is huge. Due to which social inequality has increased, so economic inequality has also increased. There are 124 districts in our country, which are socio-economically and educationally backward. There, there are no schools, no hospitals, no jobs for the youth and no way to go to the village, farmers are not getting the right price for their crops.”

The Union Minister said, “In our country, we work mostly in urban areas, so there has been more development, but in 1947 90 percent of the population lived in rural areas. Now 25-30 percent migration has happened. These people who have left the village and shifted to big cities Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai. They have come out of compulsion not happily because there is no good education, employment in the villages, due to this people have left the villages and have come to the cities, due to which problems have been created in the cities too, so to develop India we have to think seriously about what have to go by the way.”
