Explain that the government had called the winter session for 3 days, on the first day tributes were paid to late Mulayam Singh Yadav and the supplementary budget was presented. The assembly session was adjourned sine die on Tuesday. In such a situation, the session lasted only for two days. The proceedings of the House were to continue till Wednesday, but Speaker Satish Mahana has to go abroad on December 7 to attend the Global Summit, due to which the session was ended a day earlier.
