WHO reprimanded China on COVID-19, said – truth should come before the world
Since the worldwide spread of the coronavirus, it was continuously being alleged by many countries of the world that China has deliberately spread the virus.
The World Health Organization (WHO) slammed Chinese authorities for blocking scientific research that could reveal the origin of the coronavirus. According to The New York Times, the WHO also asked Chinese officials on Friday about their reasons for not disclosing the data three years ago, and questioned why it could not be found now after it was published online in January.
Kovid had knocked in the world in the year 2020. This deadly corona virus was first found in Wuhan city of China. Now three years later, the World Health Organization reprimanded the Chinese authorities for stalling scientific research that could reveal the origin of the coronavirus.
Corona epidemic can spread from raccoon dogs
An international team of virus experts downloaded the data on the coronavirus and began analyzing the research. The team revealed that the data suggest the pandemic may have started with raccoon dogs, which infected humans at the Wuhan Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market in China. According to The New York Times, when experts offered to collaborate on the analysis with their Chinese counterparts, the team could not reach final results because the gene sequences had been removed from scientific databases.
Truth should come before the world – WHO
WHO Director Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said that the evidence that China disappeared three years ago should be shared with the international community as it is very important that the truth comes before the world. He said that research has shown that the reason behind the spread of corona virus is the fox-like animal raccoon as the DNA of the virus is matching with the DNA of raccoon. The same virus was found in the Wuhan Seafood Market in China.
According to some experts, the discovery suggests that animals may have been infected and may have transmitted the virus to humans. Meanwhile, a French biologist last week discovered genetic sequences in the database and his team began searching for clues about the origins of the pandemic.
