Vinesh Phogat said on Friday that if Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh attends the inauguration ceremony of the new Parliament building on May 28, it will send a clear message about the current situation in the country. He said that there is someone in the government who is trying to save the BJP MP. The country’s top wrestlers, including Vinesh Phogat and Olympic medalists Bajrang Punia and Sakshi Malik, have been on a sit-in at Jantar Mantar since April 23. They have accused Brij Bhushan of sexually assaulting seven women players, including a minor, and are demanding the arrest of the WFI president.
For their demand, the protesting wrestlers have decided to organize Mahila Mahapanchayat in front of the new Parliament House on Sunday. On this day Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the new Parliament House. Vinesh was asked what would be the message if the WFI chief was present during the inauguration?

Responding to this, Vinesh said, “If Brij Bhushan is present in the new Parliament on May 28, the whole country will automatically get the message.” He said, “Whoever is trying to save Brij Bhushan , He is against us. I don’t know what is going on inside the government, but someone is trying to save him and that is not right. He is harming the women of the country.
If Mahapanchayat does not get permission, what wrestler
On being asked what will happen if the Mahapanchayat does not get permission? Vinesh said, “The law is for the people. I know that there is a program of the PM, but who will get justice for the daughters of this country? If people like Brij Bhushan sit in the Parliament then surely our seniors will be angry, but we will not go inside the Parliament. We will do everything in a peaceful manner. Asked if anyone tried to sabotage the protest, Vinesh said, “We know some people may try to derail the protest. So many things are happening, Brij Bhushan told that Canada is funding our protest.
