Elvish Yadav in trouble again, bail granted in snake poison case, now ED will interrogate him in money laundering case!
Elvish Yadav has recently been released on bail in the snake venom case, but once again he is in trouble. ED may soon interrogate Elvish Yadav. This inquiry is to be held for money laundering case. ED will now interrogate Elvish Yadav regarding the money earned from snake venom business.
ED preparing to send summons to Elvish in money laundering case
The name of ‘Bigg Boss OTT Season 2’ winner Elvish Yadav is once again in the news. He can be called for questioning from ED’s Lucknow zonal office. The Lucknow unit of the Enforcement Directorate has started investigating the case under PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act), now the ED is preparing to send summons to Elvish Yadav regarding the money received by selling snake venom. A case of supply of poison by Elvish Yadav came to light in a rave party held in Noida in November 2023. Elvish was found accused in this and he also had to go to jail. Elvish went to jail in March 2024 and is currently out on bail.
ED will investigate money found from snake venom
The Enforcement Directorate will now investigate the money received from snake venom business and black money used for rave parties. According to PTI, apart from Elvish Yadav, ED will also interrogate other accused related to the snake venom case. Elvish Yadav was arrested from Noida on March 17 in the snake poison case.
The snake venom issue came into limelight in November 2023 when NGO People for Animals filed a case. 5 people including Elvish Yadav were arrested in the case.
