The Delhi High Court heard the matter on Thursday and the court said that ‘every child has the right to respect’. Fake news should not be shared. It has been said by the court that those fake news should be removed immediately. A written reply has also been sought from the YouTube channels on this matter by the court. It has also been asked to strictly follow the rules of IT Rules 2021.

Actually, the matter is such that a few days ago, fake news was run by some YouTube channels regarding Aaradhya’s health. Aaradhya, in her petition, had demanded a ban on these channels and their content. Now the matter has been heard by Justice C Hari Shankar.
