In such a situation, the movie did a business of Rs 3.80 crore in the first week, which is much less than its budget. If reports are to be believed, the total budget of the film is around Rs 60 crore. In comparison, the box office collection of the film is very less.

Whereas, if we talk about the box office collection of Vikrant Massey’s film ’12th Fail’, then ‘Tejas’ is far ahead. According to the report of SACNILC, it has collected Rs 1.11 crore on the first day, Rs 2.51 crore on the second day and Rs 2.80 crore on the third day i.e. Sunday. There was a bumper jump in the film’s earnings on Sunday. In such a situation, its first week collection has reached 6.42 crores, which is much more than ‘Tejas’.
