Actually, Vijay Verma had a special conversation with Galatta Plus and during this he told about the story related to his struggle. Vijay said that he faced many challenges to reach here. His focus has always been on good characters. There was a time when his career was going down. In those days only Rs 18 were left in his account.

Talking about the days of struggle, the actor further said that during this time, when he needed money, he was offered a role. He had to play a small role of a reporter. For this he was being given three thousand rupees a day. Vijay did not want to do this character but due to financial constraints he was forced to do it. As soon as he started shooting for it, he realized that his heart was not ready to do this character. The result was that he started getting stuck in speaking the dialogues. Could not perform well.

Then he was thrown off the set…

Vijay Verma told that he had a tough challenge while playing this character. He had to speak its dialogues in English. In such a situation, it became very difficult for him to play the role of an English reporter. Ultimately the result was that he was thrown out of the set and Vijay was deeply regretful about it. After this he took an important decision and decided that now he would never do anything for money. This incident happened in 2014, when he had completed the shooting of ‘Monsoon Shootout’. When he returned from here, he was crying and made a promise himself. Then till today he has not done anything for the money.
