Urinating at Airport Case: Drunk passenger urinated at Delhi airport gate, arrested by police at Terminal-3
Johar Ali Khan was arrested and sent to Safdarjung Hospital, where doctors found that he was intoxicated.
An allegedly drunk man urinated in the forecourt area of Terminal 3 of Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. The man was later arrested and then released on bail. Officials said the accused was caught after he was seen exposing himself in front of other passengers at the departure gate and then urinating at the gate. Police said the man also abused and misbehaved with other people.
Senior security officer filed a complaint
The complaint given by the senior security official said, “A passenger named Jauhar Ali Khan reached near departure gate number 6 of forecourt area T3. He was in an inebriated condition. He pees with his pants unzipped in a public place among passers-by and visitors. Further he created nuisance in a public place by shouting and abusing the general public.
Johar Ali Khan was arrested and sent to Safdarjung hospital, where the doctors found that he was intoxicated. Johar Ali Khan has been booked under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 294 (obscene act) and 510 (mischief in public by intoxicated person).
Man arrested for misbehaving with woman during New York-Delhi flight
This is the third incident in the last week in which a drunken passenger misbehaved inside the airport or flight. Last week, a former Wells Fargo employee was arrested for urinating on a 70-year-old woman on a New York-Delhi flight. The accused Shankar Mishra was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and urinated on his co-passenger in the business class.
A few days ago, the police arrested two men on board a Delhi-Patna flight for allegedly abusing the air hostess and cabin crew after getting drunk. According to the police, this incident happened then. As passengers and others queued up for their Delhi to Daman Indigo flight.
