When I was told about this fast, I was very excited. I didn’t know if I would be able to stay hungry or not. In Mumbai, it was said that the moon would be sighted at 9.1 am, so I was mentally ready by 9 pm, but the moon came out at 9.35 am. From 9 to 9:30 it became very difficult for me to stay hungry. I was really hungry.
Vicky also kept a fast
The actress further told that Vicky also kept a fast for me. He did not want me to fast alone. I knew he would do it even though I had not asked him to do so. He did this to himself and it was heartwarming for me. The whole family was together during this, after our first Karva Chauth marriage, this experience was quite spectacular.
