Kashmiri youth was brainwashed by Pakistan on social media, that’s why he killed two laborers

Continuous efforts are being made to control terrorist incidents in Jammu and Kashmir. Despite this, terrorists somehow succeed in carrying out some incidents. Recently a news came out which surprised everyone. Here a young man had killed two laborers from Punjab. Since then he was absconding but now the police has arrested him. This is being seen as an important success for the security forces because during the interrogation of the terrorist, his links with Pakistan have been revealed.

According to the information given by Jammu and Kashmir Police in this case, the name of the terrorist is Adil Manzoor. It was he who shot dead two laborers from Punjab, Amritpal Singh and Rohit Masi, in Srinagar on the evening of 7 February. In this attack, Amritpal Singh died on the spot, while Rohit Masi died during treatment in the hospital the next day.

Regarding this terrorist incident, Jammu and Kashmir Police ID Vidhi Kumar Birdi informed that the police has solved the case and a charge sheet will be filed in the case soon. Police have said that the Kashmiri youth was in touch with some handlers from Pakistan on social media. However, if the handlers are found to be local, strict action will be taken against them also. Besides, action can also be taken against the family of the accused. He said that the handlers present in Pakistan had given orders to the accused to carry out the attack through social media.

The IGP said in this case that he was provided a pistol for this attack on February 4, which has been recovered. The special thing is that accused Adil is originally from Srinagar and he has no terrorist record. The police have directly said that he was influenced by Pakistani handlers through social media.

Police investigation has also revealed that the entire conspiracy to carry out the attack was hatched in Pakistan and the accused Adil was just a pawn. His master had radicalized him through social media, so that he could be inspired to carry out terrorist attacks.
