In this case, a person was missing 5 months ago and now he has been found in the condition of beggars on the streets of Noida. For 5 months the man’s family was in shock and assumed that he was dead. Now that he is back, the family is happy. Interestingly, the people whom the family was accusing of kidnapping the son were the ones who saw the youth outside the momos shop in Noida.
Nishant, a resident of Dhruv Ganj in Bhagalpur district, got married five months ago. He was married in Gangania. He mysteriously disappeared on January 31, 2023, shortly after the wedding. After this, the family members filed a kidnapping case against Nishant’s in-laws. Nishant’s father Sachchidanand Singh had registered a case of kidnapping of his son against his brother-in-law Naveen Singh. He also used to torture daughter-in-law’s brother Ravi Shankar for this. Meanwhile, he had also demanded money from the daughter-in-law’s family. Because of this, there used to be a very sad atmosphere in the girl’s house.
Due to all this, there was a distance between the two families. Now after 5 months Ravi Shankar saw his brother-in-law outside the momos shop in Noida, he was shocked. Ravishankar saw Nishant in the condition of beggars in front of a momos shop in Sector 50. He was also surprised to see the grown hair and beard. After this the police took Nishant to Bhagalpur.
After getting complete information, Ravi Shankar called the local police station by calling on 100 number. After this Nishant was handed over to him after talks with Sultanganj police station. After this, Nishant was produced in the Bhagalpur court. Talking to the media, Ravi Shankar said that due to the demand of money from the in-laws of the sister, Naveen Singh’s elder brother died due to tension. Ravi Shankar said that he hoped that the court would help his family and take legal action against the culprits.
